What’s with the fees? We recently switched donation software, and you may now see a higher optional per-transaction fee. This platform includes the cost of the software itself in each transaction, allowing you to choose to cover the true cost of online fundraising. The other component, credit card processing fees, have actually decreased with the switch. Whether you choose to add fees to your transaction or not, online giving is still the most cost-effective way to support most nonprofits. Thank you!
