POSTPONED: Photovoice Cherry Hill: Art Show!

Sharing is caring!

Unfortunately, due to the weather this event has been postponed to Thursday, Nov 29, 5 – 8 PM.

Over the last two months, six Cherry Hill residents have been working hard on a photographic workshop series with Blue Water Baltimore’s Ecoliteracy & Engagement Manger, Michel Anderson, about the Cherry Hill community. Come to our art opening, view their work, and meet the artists. Refreshments will be provided.

The event is held within the Cherry Hill Town Center (606 Cherry Hill Rd) at Mama Shirley’s Cultural Arts & Wellness Center (across from the Enoch Pratt Free Library).

Photovoice is an internationally utilized, grassroots research method that enables a community to identify, represent, and enhance their surroundings through an artistic process. It uses the immediacy of photography and storytelling to furnish evidence and promote an effective, participatory means of sharing expertise to influence public policy.
