Village of Twelve Trees GSI Maintenance Day

Get your hands dirty for clean water! Join Blue Water Baltimore at Village of Twelve Trees for some light maintenance on a stormwater runoff-reducing bioswale. We’ll be pruning back dormant or dead vegetation, weeding, sediment removal, and performing other general maintenance on the installation. This green stormwater infrastructure project works to filter pollutants out of stormwater runoff before it reaches Baltimore’s waterways, and they require regular maintenance in order to function properly.

Participation in this event requires no previous experience with native plants or green stormwater infrastructure.

Note: Please complete the registration form for each attendee, including those under 18. All attendees are required to complete a waiver, and all attendees under 18 must have a paper waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Instructions for completing the waivers will be emailed to you after registering. Please be sure to review this email before the event.
