Join Blue Water Baltimore for a morning of activities in partnership with Friends of Herring Run Park! Participants will learn about of the relationship between stormwater runoff, urban infrastructure, and our local, natural spaces. In addition to a trash cleanup, this event will include an optional benthic macroinvertebrate (aka aquatic bugs) hunt in the stream. Participants will have the chance to find and examine these tiny but crucial links in our local ecosystem, highlighting the importance of keeping pollution out of our waterways. We hope you can join us for this special event!
