And it doesn’t have to be hard.

To make it easier, we are offering four great talks in our Spring Native Plant Lecture Series.

Each two-hour session costs just $10 and will include lots of great tips from the staff of Blue Water Baltimore and Herring Run Nursery, plus plenty of time for your questions.

• Native Native Plants in the Modern Landscape

Vincent Vizachero, manager of Herring Run Nursery, provides all the essential advice you need to successfully use native plants in urban landscapes, for beauty and environmental health.

The discussion will include an overview on the benefits of using native plants, tips on selecting the right native plants for your site, guidance on using native plant communities as the basis of your designs, and principles of installation and maintenance to ensure your garden thrives and prospers.


 

• Designing with Native Plants Economically and Successfully
